You Want Perfect Abs?
lets face it. To wear a micro thong bikini or a string bikini, it helps to have perfect abs. When you are wearing
a Dirty Bird Bikini, you wont need hot abs to draw attention but
it doesn’t hurt. And…it sure looks sexy!
I am going to tell you the secret to getting those great abs.
First, ask yourself, do I have the discipline and determination?
Second, do you have 30 minutes three times per week? That’s
all it takes!
Here we go…
In the morning, the best thing to get the day started is a great
cardio workout. Swim, bike, run, roller-blade,walk etc…Morning
cardio will wake you up and burn body fat. Get that heart rate up!
You will feel a great rush of energy! Your glycogen levels are low,
as a result you will burn more body fat.
What does that mean? Simple, Glycogen is stored in the body for
energy use. If you have low glycogen storage, your body will burn
its fat first. I won't get into details. We can keep it simple.
After all, there is not much time. Your Dirty Bird Bikini will be
on its way soon and you want to have those abs ready!
Next, after a good cardio session of about 20-30 minutes, finish
with 25-50 ab crunches.
It’s okay if you can only do 15-20 in the early stages. Women
generally can do far more than men. Why? It's no secret, women have
a higher tolerance for pain than men. Sorry guys.
Lastly, eat several small meals during the day. Use common sense.
Low fats and less sugar.
Stick with this routine for approximately 4-6 weeks and you will
start to see results. Steady the course and you will reach your
goal. Remember…discipline and determination.
